All business is personal. It is about your wallet. Your bank account. One of the "value propositions" of the way we conduct our business is that we need to get to know those we work with on a personal level. We seek to work with people who want a legitimate shot at transformation. In order to do the best possible job for you, it is necessary to ask some relatively intimate information that violates communication norms and how relationships normally evolve. This is one of the things that makes what we do "different" from other things you may have evaluated in the past.

We plunge right through the outer layers of public, social and personal information and get right to the heart of matters regarding how you structure your life, what keeps you awake at night, what you know and don't know... it's all good, no value judgments. This is meant to be an accurate and unvarnished assessment of your current reality. It requires your honesty and vulnerability, however, you have complete control over what you choose to disclose.

All of this information is a baseline that serves as an inventory and starting point We will be holding you accountable to action items. At any point, you can "opt out" and say its all too much... however, please know that everything we do is focused on getting results while maintaining a level of empathy and compassion for your individual circumstances. The goal is constructive, focused change. What we do and how we do it is not for everyone.

With all that said, over the next 30 days or so, your sponsor/mentor will work through most of the answers to what follows. Business is metrics-based. You can't manage what you don't measure. What follows simply puts a label on reality and provides a starting point in assessing where we are and where we are headed.

This list of questions is meant to be a starting point and is in no way meant to be comprehensive or exhasutive. There will be many other items and issues that arise out of these questions. Again, relationships (in the real world) develop over time - and with time, trust is earned. Please know that it is fully understood that many of these questions violate what is "normal" and puncture how information is exchanged over time. This is because we are forcing an accelerated path to changing lives and circumstances. The time "element" simply can not exist if you are going to get up and running efficiently. Said differently, there is little time to beat around the bush.

People (you) need to get results and find success quickly. Otherwise, the statistics tell us you will potentially "drop out". No one wants that to happen. The answers to these questions help us help you by establishing a starting point of where you are - and putting a strategy together to get you to where you need/want to be. This will involve learning and work... time spent... knowledge gained... skills acquired. For all of it - you will be compensated according to your value.

To close, let me add this one last thing: self-disclosure and reciprocity go hand-in-hand. You should expect that your mentor lets you into their world as well. This is not a one-way street to grill you for information. The goal is to quickly establish a solid foundation on which a long-term, profitable relationship can be built. This is based on mutual understanding and trust that everyones' best-interest is at the forefront of everything we do. These questions are meant to accelerate getting to know and how we can best help you.
