On Wednesday evening Nov. 13, Lawrence Township School officials held a ribbon cutton ceremony for the new and improved Media Center at Lawrence High School, funded by a $50,000 grant from the Lawrence Township Education Foundation.  Click the link above, or the image to the left, to read the whole story.










Carina Gonzalez, Lawrence High School (LHS) library media specialist, received surprise visitors on February 5, 2013 as Crystal Edwards, Lawrence Township Public Schools (LTPS) superintendent; Andrew Zuckerman, LTPS director of instructional services; Jon Dauber, LHS principal; Alyson Fischer, LHS assistant principal; Paul Schindel, Lawrence Township Education Foundation (LTEF) president; and Ivy Cohen, LTEF executive director, entered the LHS library. They proceeded to present Ms. Gonzalez with a “check” for $46,000 from the LTEF and announce that the Foundation elected to award the grant written by Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Fischer to renovate the LHS library.
