Patients describe Lexington Acupuncturist Loocie Brown as " highly skilled, knowledgeable and friendly." Her office is calm and welcoming and fosters a healthy atmosphere for open communication. Through her dedicated focus on patients’ treatments, Loocie effectively works to promote vitality and health for each individual. As a acupuncture professor since 1996, she believes that educating patients is a primary goal for sustained health. As one patient said, "it is peaceful being in Loocie's office and when I leave, I feel like I've had a two week vacation."

Her treatments at the Center are a reflection of the dedication and commitment to patient wellness that has defined her practice for the past thirty years. Her patients benefit not only from the results of her techniques but also from the gentle care she provides as their practitioner.

Loocie currently teaches classes to the public through Emerson Hospital’s Integrative and Wellness department and is affiliated with organizations and programs that serve the public good.
