All class change requests were due by July 1.
If you feel that you need to request a class change at least one of the following criteria below must be met. Please complete the form below and submit it to the counseling office for the committee to consider your request.
● credit was earned/recovered during the summer 
● post-secondary requirements are needed 
● you are placed into a special program that requires unique scheduling 
● scheduling error by LHS Staff 
● extenuating circumstance (will be approved by the principal) 

If you meet any of the above criteria please click HERE for the change form and return to the Counseling Office as soon as possible.
