OXFORD UNIVERSITY C. S. LEWIS SOCIETY

SPEAKERS

Past speakers have included Lewis' chaplain, Bishop Simon Barrington-Ward, Lewis' stepson, Douglas Gresham, and the editor of Lewis' post-humous oeuvre, Walter Hooper; writers Philip Pullman and Geraldine Harris; Professors G.E.M. Anscombe, A.D. Nuttall, and Keith Ward, and many others.

We encourage writers and academics with interests tangential to Lewis' work, church members interested in the religious implications of his thought, as well as young scholars, to present their work to the Society. Discussion is lively, and often continues informally at the 'Eagle and Child' after the meeting.

If you are interested in presenting a paper or a reading to the Society, please contact the Society Secretary.
