DNAChron, a Chinese company, has posted a global Y-chromosome phylogenetic tree based on global public samples, ancient samples, and private sequencing data. DNAChron's YTree for R1a-CTS6 is comprised almost entirely of scientific samples, largely from the 2017 Behar paper. DNAChron's YTree uses SNP names other than those used by FTDNA and YFull to identify many of the branch-defining SNPs.
