This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and disclosed by Lettu Games with respect to your access and use of our services through our mobile applications and website. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to any third-party websites, services or applications that can be accessed through our services.
Any information that is collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise our Privacy Policy from time-to-time. Personal information
In our ad-supported apps we use the Ip address and mobile advertising ID of your device in oder to show advertisements. Please refer to our Data Policy for details, including how to opt out of such usage. We do not currently collect any information from the users based in EU countries.
Data retention
If we do happen to obtain any personal information such as emails or phone numbers perhaps obtained through support requests or other correspondence, it will be treated with confidentiality. Any such personal information will never be shared with any other entities. Any such personal information will not be retained beyond the resolution of the support request or other correspondence.
Anonymous usage information
Our apps and websites may collect anonymous usage information to help improve the quality of our services and applications.
Internet permissions
Our apps do typically require internet permissions, for the purpose of providing links to the app store entry of our products and to collect anonymous usage information (see above).
In-app purchases
Our apps contain in-app purchases (IAP’s).
Advertising
Our apps contain third-party advertising. We may occasionally promote other products of our own within our apps. We may occasionally cross-promote the products of other affiliated developers that offer similar products.
Social media
Our apps current versions do not interact with any social media sites. We may provide links to our own social media sites for the purpose of providing support and product information.
Age limitations
We do not knowingly contact or do business with children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected any personal data about a child under 13, we will immediately delete this data. If you become aware that a child under the age of 13 has attempted to contact and/or do business with us, please advise us by email at lettugamescontact@gmail.com so that we may rectify the situation.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time simply by posting such modification on this site and without any other notification. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting on this site. It is your responsibility to review our Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.

Why do we collect data?
We collect data to make our services work and make our apps more suitable for our users. To provide a best service as we can to our users, we have a legitimate interest to collect and process necessary data to develop and improve our apps and manage our relationship with our users.
Advertising
Many of our apps use advertising to provide the content free of charge. When you use these apps your device automatically sends certain information to our advertising partners (currently only Admob). This information includes, for example, the name of the app, the device type, and the advertising ID. The information gathered is solely used to provide our advertising partners with the bare minimum of information they need to provide their services and combat click fraud.
AdMob
AdMob is an advertising service provided by Admob Google Inc. Please read here how they use information from apps that use their services.
Personal data collected: unique device identifiers for advertising such as Apple IDFA, Google Advertiser ID.
Place of processing: United States.
We do not serve any advertisements for EU users in our currently supported app versions (available in stores).
Analytics
Our apps use analytics in order for us to understand how users engage with our apps and how we can improve our apps. When you use our apps your device automatically sends certain information to our analytics partner Google Analytics. We gather information such as device type, the session length and interactions with various user interface elements in the app.
We do not collect any analytics data from EU users in our currently supported app versions (available in stores).
Opting out
If you no longer want us to use your mobile advertising ID and IP adress then you need to stop using our apps.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing and/or using our applications you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
Our applications are for entertainment purposes and we do not guarantee to give you 100% product effect that you are expecting. These games are only designed to be entertaining. You accept that we do not guarantee to give you exact experiences you are expecting by downloading our games.
Certain features of our Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted with those features and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these Services (or any portions of them) at any time.
Premium Subscription
Our game "Idle Toy Factory" offers a Premium Subscription. By signing up for Premium, you hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions. If you choose to subscribe to Premium (“Premium Service”), you are signing up to an auto-renewing subscription requiring recurring payments and agree to pay the then current applicable Premium Service fee listed in the agreement. You will be billed for the subscription either through your credit card or through your intermediary provider such as iTunes, Google Play, or a similar app store (the “AppStore”). The fee will be billed on a weekly basis from the date you first subscribe to the Premium Service, and automatically on each weekly renewal thereafter, unless and until you cancel your subscription. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Using Our Services
As long as you comply with these Terms, you may use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must also comply with the App Store’s terms of service when using our games.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable to you or any third-party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these terms or your use of, or incapability to use the games even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Access to and use of our games is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or computer system, or loss of data resulting therefrom.
