Leslie Pérez Cáceres

I'm currently a professor at the Escuela de Ingeniería Informática of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV) in Valparaíso, Chile.

I obtained the Ph.D. at the IRIDIA laboratory of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

The focus of my research is the automatic configuration of algorithms.

I am one of the developers of the irace algorithm configurator, which is freely available as an R package.
