This section provides information about being a good neighbour to the bush (and to your next door neighbour) by recognizing invasive weeds and learning how to control them. It also contains links to sites about restoring natural habitats and native plants. More information to come soon will be about helping to preserve and foster our beautiful native fauna - including kokopu and inanga - which breed in our streams and give birth to whitebait. This page is a work in progress - collating information about preserving the best of Le Roys Bush - the flora and fauna, the views, the walkways, the stream, and the beauty of the whole experience. If you have any items you would like to see added here, please email us at LeRoysBush@gmail.com |
