   Leon Po-Han Wu received his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from National Central University, Chungli, Taiwan, in 2002, M.S degree from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering, New York, in 2005, and Ph.D degree from University of Washington, Seattle, in 2014 both in electrical engineering.
    He was an intern researcher in the Institute of Information Science of Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2006 and a graduate co-op intern with Verizon Wireless’s Network Data Planning Team at Walnut Creek, CA and Bellevue, WA in 2012. He is currently with T-Mobile USA’s lab group. His research interests include multimedia networking, OFDMA mobile systems, real-time video transmission, optimization for wireless communication systems, video processing, and signal processing.
