Lemongrass Venison (Deer Meat)

Makes 4 Servings

Prep Time 30 minutes after Marinating Venison

1-1/2 lb of venison

2 stalk of lemongrass fine chopped

6 cloves of garlic (3 cloves chopped garlic for sauté)

1 cup of sliced yellow onion

1/2 cup of crushed of peanut

1/2 cup of sliced herb (rau ram)

1/4 cup of unsalted butter

Marinade Ingredients

2 stalks lemongrass finely chopped

3 cloves chopped garlic

1 1/2 tablespoons of osyter sauce

1 1/2 tablespoon of crushed rock sugar

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon of crushed peppercorn

1 teaspoon mushroom seasoning

Garnish

1/2 cup of crushed peanut

1/2 cup sliced herb -Vietnamese Coriander (Rau Răm)
