Legalisation fees, inclusive of DHL postage, and processing time:

            - £60 per document (for collection or posting on the same day).

            - £40 per document (for collection or posting after five working days)

Please add postage charge and a self-addressed envelope if you want your documents to be returned by post:

            - Postage by DHL to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: £50

            - Postage by DHL to other provinces in Viet Nam: £75

Both legalisation fee and postage charge should be paid by bank transfer in ONE PAYMENT.

If you have your documents certified by the FCDO, and then ask the FCDO to send documents directly to the Embassy for legalisation, please put the Legalisation Application Form and Proof of payment in a sealed envelope addressed to “Embassy of Vietnam”, and include this envelope in the document package submitted.
