Air Conditioning System Maintenance
Do you really need it?

You have your car serviced at regular intervals, why not your air conditioning?  You depend on your heating and cooling system to keep you cool in the summer months and warm in the winter.  Without regular maintenance, a system can lose about 5% of its original efficiency for each year of operation.

Studies show that with regular checkups, a unit will maintain up to 95% of its original efficiency.  This means the cost of a checkup can be quickly recovered in savings on your electric bill and in reduced repair costs.  A properly running air conditioner will also do a better job of dehumidifying your home.  The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) recommends that coolant levels be checked every year.

Our Maintenance Check Includes:
  • Checking system coil condition
  • Checking amp draw of the compressor, heater, and fan motors.
  • Checking filters and replacing with customer's available filters if necessary.
  • Flushing drain line to prevent water backups
  • Checking air flow and temperatures
  • Checking system operating pressures
  • Checking coolant levels.
  • Record the Brand, model number, serial number, age and condition of your equipment.
  • Written recommendations for any corrective action that should be taken.
  • A copy of our Precision Tune-Up and Safety Check Up Report for your records.
