Latest news: Extra meeting at Gledhow Valley Meadow. Park on Allerton Grange Way just off Gledhow Valley Road (GR SE307376). The main aim is to investigate the insect fauna of a newly purchased meadow by the Friends of Gledhow Valley Woods. If weather looks unsuitable alternative dates are 4, 10 or 11 July and will be confirmed on the website/by email, late the previous week.

The field meeting to Ox Close Wood has been put back from 17 May to 29 June. Follow the link to outdoor meetings below for details.

Welcome to the Leeds Naturalists' Club website
 
Since July 2011 the club's longstanding ties with Leeds University have been severed. We now meet at the Quaker Meeting House, Woodhouse Lane, Leeds at 7:15 pm.
 
Prospective new members are welcome. Meetings are normally held on the second
Monday of the month from January to April, and from September to December.
