Our next jam session is this afternoon Saturday, August 8th from 2:00 until at least 6:00 or later. We play a mixture of Cajun, Swamp Pop, and Classic Country so there is something that most everyone can enjoy.

Any and all musicians are welcome. Just bring your instrument: bass, guitar, fiddle, accordion, etc. We can provide an amp if you need and if you like to sing of course we have microphones too. Sign the book as you come in and you will play according to that order. Exceptions can and will be made if everyone involved agrees. We try to keep our people happy.

Drinks (adult beverages, "pop", water, etc) are free for musicians when it is their turn to play. The owners also give everyone who is hungry a free plate lunch that can be eaten at the Cafe or taken to go.

Our jam sessions are held on every other Saturday of each month opposite the jam at Touchet's Bar. The next one is on August 8th from 2:00 until 6:00 or later depending on the crowd.

Please, no more than ONE triangle player at a time. If you're wondering how to find the music center, just look for thirty cars lined up Hwy. 190 between Eunice and Lawtell.

We are open for business, and admission is free, but a small box of boudin or cracklins would make you the most popular guy in there for about 2-3 minutes.
