• Automated Package Changer APC-200 Series is specially designed for freely changing packing in Tray, Tape & Reel, or Tube, meeting JEDEC standard while offering various optional modules such as AOI, Laser Marking, Characteristics Measuring ... etc.

• To serve as reliable and multi-functional automated equipment for semiconductor packing & testing, EMS, and all production services providers. 

• It comes with multiple axes design for pick & place operation with flexibly adjustable pitches between axes, providing the maximum of productivity and speed for Tray, Reel&Tape, and Tube packing changing.

•  APC-200 follows the success of LEAPTRONIX AH Series Automated Equipment electromechanical integration and uses industrial computer as the central controlling system to make the overall loading, unloading, pick & place and transporting operations fully automated with best stability and reliability.

Auto Tray Transporter

Up to 10 JEDEC Trays to be stored at the loading and unloading areas. The trays at the loading area will be automated separated and transported to the operation area in order and stored at the loading area after all the process is finished. There are sensors at both loading and unloading areas to inform the operator of immediate actions.

Robotic Arm

Closed-loop controlling is applied to the horizontal motion for highest speed and precision. 1 or 2 optional sets of linear motion axes with flexible spacing adjustment and rotation offer the best operation efficiency. Specially designed nozzles with ESD protection provide the best durability and reliability without damaging the OUT s.

Auto Packing Machine

Suitable for reel width of 8-32mm with self-adhesive tape.

Reel Feeding Module

Freely adjustable and stable motor steps without vibration.
