I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. My main research interests are in International Economics and Macroeconomics.

I am particularly interested in the interaction of firms, workers and governments in shaping the patterns and outcomes of global trade. In my most recent research, I investigate the impact of labour market distortions on the welfare gains from trade liberalization.
