* Tour a historic 1860s stone barn

* See Quarter Horses and beef cattle

* Pet ponies, sheep, goats, llamas, dog, cats and bunnies

* See a working 1954 Farmall Super H tractor

* Feed chickens and gather eggs for you to keep

* Throw a lariat and rope a genuine longhorn steer head

* Enjoy a hayrack ride in the scenic Flint Hills

* Eat a delicious ranch supper, either in outdoor picnic style or in climate-controlled comfort

* Enjoy western music and cowboy poetry around a campfire

Original cowboy poetry will be performed by the ranch owner:

Ron Wilson, Poet Lariat (NOT laureate)

http://www.ronscowboypoetry.com/

Ron will create and present an original cowboy poem customized for your group or event.

Come for a tour and refreshments, or include a full lunch and/or supper.

 Sample Menu:

Beef is our specialty!  As beef cattle producers ourselves, we know the importance of high quality, well-prepared beef.

* We serve home-cooked, slow-roasted barbecue beef, cooked in Mom's special blend of savory spices

* Baked potatoes with all the trimmings, or luscious cheesy potatoes

* Western baked beans

* Tossed salad with an assortment of dressings

* Texas-sized biscuits

* Iced tea and lemonade

* Topped off with delicious chocolate cowboy cake for dessert

All our meals are home-cooked by our family, here on the ranch.

BEEF - It's what's for supper!
