I am currently a senior lecturer in economics at Westminster International University at Tashkent. I serve as one of the associate editors for the International Journal of Technical Assessment of Health Care(IJTAHC). I am also member of the scientific advisory committee of the EHMA-European Health Management Association and Global Labor Organization fellow. Previously I was an assistant professor of economics and management at Univerity of Information Science and Technology, "St. Paul Apostle" and assistant professor in economics at Istanbul University of Technology. I also worked as visiting professor at Gdansk University of Technology and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande de Sud. I received postdoctoral training at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, Geisel School of Medicine, Dartmouth College, USA. In July 2015, I defended my PhD thesis at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany. My research interests are health economics, health policy, population economics , applied microeconometrics and quantitative methods in public health and clinical research.
