COURSES OFFERED

Nursing Assistant

This 2-year course provides knowledge and skills on nursing assistance in accordance with industry standards, including process, theories and ethics. 

Mass Communication Technology

This 2-year course gives the student a strong foundation in the tri-media theories, concepts and application as well as contemporary media practices.

 

International Cookery

This 1-year course prepares students to food service, the development of cooking as a profession and the role/function of he chef with emphasis on skills required for effective performance.

Computer Programming 

This 2-year course equips the student with core knowledge on program logic development, software development, testing, maintenance and documentation.

 

HISTORY 

The school started to operate its Pre-Elementary, Elementary and Secondary level in 1999 under the name of La Verdad Christian School. Its maiden operation was SY 1999-2000 with a grand total of only 68 pupils. For the past six years of operation, enrollment increases at an average of 20% of its populace.

In support to the mission of LVCC to provide quality, affordable and accessible education, the application for tertiary level is inevitable. On May 2005, the College Board unanimously approved to offer post secondary programs which aims to develop skilled, creative and effective individuals who will positively contribute to the local, national and even global development agenda for the improvement of the welfare of Filipinos.   

LAVERDAD CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

La Verdad Christian College (LVCC) is a private non-sectarian institution situated at McArthur Highway, Brgy. Sampaloc, Apalit, Pampanga and was officially registered in the Securities and Exchange Commision on March 3, 2005 after obtaining endorsements from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region III and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

La Verdad Christian College provides you with bigger and better opportunities. The proposed curiculum is comparable to the well-known universities and state colleges in the country but are designed to be ladderized. This meands that if a student would decide to pursue a degree program, almost all the Subjects taken from their 2 year program will be credited, thereby saving money and precious time.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the organization are as follows:


1.To develop intellectual, self reliant, competitive and productive individuals who are supportive to the national development agenda of the country;

2.To contribute in the integral part of the growing educational system along with its proposal to offer both degree and non-degree programs for educational progress;

3.To provide tertiary short term courses for those who cannot afford tuition fees in other schools.

4.To produce technically skilled graduates and degree holders who shall supply the demands of industries, corporations, business establishments and offices in the country and abroad;

5.To serve as venue for economic development and poverty alleviation of the clienteles and stakeholders through employable technical and degree graduates.
