The Ladies Arizona Summer Survivor Invitational group plays 3-5 tournaments each summer.
A one-time lifetime membership fee of $3.00 must be paid by anyone who has not previously played with the LASSI group. This can be included with tournament entry fees.
An AGA or USGA handicap is required and the AGA dress code is enforced.

General Information
ENTRIES: You can enter online or send the following information for you and your partner when you send your entry fee: Name, Phone, Email, Home Course, AGA GHIN# (or USGA) and the tournament. To enter online click on the Tournament name and select Entry Form.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We must receive your entry at least 2 weeks before the event. Courses require the final number of entries two weeks prior to day of play, so any cancellation must be no later than 14 days prior to date.
SORRY – NO REFUNDS for late cancellations.
You may have someone take your place and pay you.
