Our Condominium in Punta de Mita

We welcome you to what we believe is one of the most beautiful Puerto Vallarta condos for rent in beautiful Punta de Mita , Mexico.

We have been owners in Punta de Mita for more than 10 years now.  We own a lot in the village of Emiliano Zepata, where we have recently purchased this condominium.  When we moved to this area, we loved the small village atmosphere, the simple pace of life, the smiling faces of the local people, and the beautiful beaches within walking distance.  As time has marched on, the village has grown, the people are still beautiful, but the beach has become less accessible.  We made a decision to stop fighting the development and purchase our piece of beach frontage.  We want to share it with you!  This condominium is located in a brand new project (completed in October of 2006).  It has seven floors of beachfront units.  Our one bedroom unit is located on the 3rd floor above pool level, which is also street level when arriving (either by car or taxi).  So, we can walk out the front gate and still enjoy the village life we love so much, but we can also take the elevator (or the stairs) down two floors and enjoy the beach front, 80 foot long pool, or go though the secure gates leading to the beach itself.

Our Beautiful Kitchen!  We have tried to include all amenities. We have a toaster, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and utensils.  We also have provisions for drinking water from a five gallon bottle of purified water, which is available locally.

This is the view from the living room of the terrace and ocean beyond.  This view is through 4 panels of the 6 panel door, the center 4 being opening sliders.

Our living room with LCD widescreen TV with DVD, CD, MP3 Player. We have a large library of DVDs, as well as MP3 disks with large library of music.

Our "Daybed Area" which we set up next to our living room.  A wonderful place to read, rest, or enjoy the ocean view through the 27 foot wide "wall of glass".  Also, for 4 people, a sleeping area to nod off to the sounds of the sea.

This is our dining room area with counter eating area behind it. Note the purified water dispenser.

A place to relax, listen to the waves, get wet, and enjoy the  view.  This is truly paradise
