Proudly Serving Burns and Hillsdale Since 1964

Laramie County Fire District #6 proudly protects 2300 people living in an area of 289 square miles. We operate out of 2 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a primary volunteer status.

Established in 1964, Fire District #6 serves the communities and surrounding area of Burns and Hillsdale, Wyoming in eastern Laramie County. The District is mostly range land, though there are several small communities and subdivisions scattered in the area. In addition to agricultural businesses, there is light industrial, transportation and oil/gas operations within the district.

Please give us a call or stop by the station if you see us there (if we're not on a call) we will  be glad to help you in purchasing these items. They are both priced at $10 a piece and this can be in the form of cash or check.
