Our Mission:
At Hawk Hollow Simply Free Baked Creations, our goal is to serve a quality product that you would find to be tasty, with good texture, using simple ingredients. We aim to eliminate as many allergens as possible without sacrificing flavor and texture. 

Why Simply Free?  
Because all our products are gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, nut-free and preservative-free. In addition, many items we offer are available corn-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and potato-free 

All of our items are made from scratch using combinations of tapioca flour,  potato starch, white rice flour, sweet rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, millet flour, quinoa flour, flax seed meal, xanthan gum,  and/or rice bran. In fact, we only use gluten-free flours in our kitchen. And we don't use dyes or food colorings in any of our products. 

We suggest that all Simply Free products be stored in the refrigerator or freezer, as they are preservative-free. Many items have their best taste and texture, when lightly toasted or heated in a microwave oven.
