  • Over 7+ years working in libraries and archives specifically with historical archives, university records and data, resource sharing, and collection analysis/digitization.
  • Over 3+ years of product and project management experience with a publishing portfolio valued at ~$10Million.
  • Certified Product Manager, Lean Six Sigma processes, trained in Miller-Heiman sales practice, work experience in an agile environment.
  • Specific expertise in developing & managing electronic products drawn from historical material, large-scale collection analysis & digitization, strategic planning, and market research.
  • Trained to lead cross-functional product development teams in agile environments.

I am a graduate of the School of Information at the University of Michigan, where I obtained a Master Science in Information (MSI) specializing in Archives & Records Management and Information Economics, Management, and Policy (April 2007). I also have obtained a B.A. in Psychology (Social) with Honors and successfully published an Undergraduate Thesis in experimental social psychology, as well as minor in African American Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (2001).
