2018 League Tournament Information

The 2018 Lancaster-Lebanon Golf Championship Tournament will be held at Conestoga Country Club on Monday, September 24th, 2018

Tournament Information
  • The tournament will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start.
  • Teams will be assigned time slots to use the driving range beginning at 7:00 a.m.
  • At 8:00 a.m., coaches and markers will meet to review the tournament information.
  • At 8:30 a.m., the teams will be given instructions and will prepare to go out onto the course.
  • Advancing to the District 3 Team Tournament will be one AAA Team and one AA Team. Team scores are based on the total of the 4 lowest scores of each qualified 4-6 person team. Team rosters must be determined prior to the start of the tournament. Other players may participate as an independent qualifier. 
  • Advancing to the District 3 Individual Tournament will be 20 Boys from the participating AAA schools and 7 Boys from AA. 
  • Girls may qualify for the District 3 Individual Tournament by shooting a score of 104 or less.

Player Registration

Tournament Costs
  • Schools must pay $30 per golfer to participate in the tournament. 
  • This fee should be paid directly to Conestoga Country Club, prior to, or on the day of the event. Checks should be made out to 'Conestoga C.C."

Practice Rounds
  • Practice rounds can be arranged by the coaches only (not by players or parents) by calling Conestoga C.C.'s pro shop at 717-394-8411 .
  • The only available times for practice rounds are on September 11th and 12th in the afternoon, and on September 15th, 16th or 22nd after 2:00 p.m.  
  • There will be a $20 fee per player for a practice round.  No carts will be permitted other than for the Head Coach.

  • All league coaches will be assigned a playing group to monitor during the competition, serve on the rules committee, or work with the scoring committee.
  • If possible, each team should bring one volunteer to mark a group.
