The spring 2016 meeting of the LCBA will be held April 20, 7:00 p.m., at the Beckwith Community Centre, 1702 9th Line, Beckwith. Phil Laflamme will give a talk on starting hives from nucs and from splits. Dan Borges from the Tech Transfer team, and Paul Lacelle on behalf of the OBA, will be speaking about the small hive beetle. More details will follow in the Buzzette.
Central Ontario Beekeepers is partnering with Farms at Work and Fleming College to present a 3-day workshop with Michael Bush on Treatment-Free Beekeeping from April 15 to 17, 2016.

Eastern Ontario Beekeepers Association has invited our Association to their Spring meeting..... 13-April-2015-St.Richards Church- 7:00pm-10:00. Melanie Kempers of the Tech. Transfer Team will be doing a presentation- topic to be announced.
This meeting will not take place on Feb 26th as originally planned.
