WELCOME REFEREES !!!!  

Our Soccer Referee Association serves the soccer playing communities of La Mirada, La Habra, Whittier, Brea, Buena Park, Norwalk, Los Nietos and Fullerton.

Leagues we serve include Coast Soccer, SC Developmental Soccer, Springsoccer, LA Futbol Circuit, CalSouth Signature, North Orange County Intercity, Cal South State & National Cups

Our Mission:

 To provide USSF referees, who reside in nearby communities the opportunity to recieve, and a source for, quality training, mentoring, monthly in-service meetings, assessments and referee opportunities at venues that are a reasonable distance from their residence. 

All  neighborhood referees are welcome to attend the required Cal South Monthly In-Service Training meetings hosted by our Association, at no charge.  See the "Training" Link in the Menu for more information.

We strive to provide the latest in training and resources available and necessary to keep referees at the forefront in referee knowledge and performance.

To join our Association, (you must be a Grade 8 or higher Referee), click on the BOX to the right  (You must be registered for the current year and Risk Management Approved to be considered for membership. To insure that you are click on the Resources Link in the Main Menu then the Cal South Registered Offcials Logo. Then click on the current year, find your name and to the right it MUST have APPROVED.)

KIDSAFE Risk Management Program:

All referees 18 and over are required to pass the Cal South Risk Management Program before they can be assigned matches. Click on the RESOURCES Link in the Main Menu then the Cal South Risk Management Logo for more information.
