Lake Nona Run Club focuses on strengthening the body as a whole. Strength training and stretching are an important part of our training schedules.

Do we have coaches? Yes! We have 3 RRCA Certified Coaches.

When do we meet? We have morning and night sessions.  Email us for details lakenonarunclub@gmail.com

We all come together for early morning Saturday runs.

Is there a fee? Yes, there is a $60 annual household fee. You can come try us three times to make sure we are a good fit.

Will you leave me behind? No! We make a big effort in not leaving anyone behind.

What are your paces? We have runners at almost every pace! We also have walkers.

Can you help me train for a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra? YES!

How long are your runs? Every run is different and your pace will be determined by your coach, according to your fitness level and goals.

Can I run/walk? YES!

Can I just run? YES!

Can I bring a stroller? YES!

Are kids welcome? If they are 10 yrs of age or older, yes! However, they must stay with the parent/guardian at all times.
