Vera’s pogacha (farmers bread) with chvarci (pork crisps, pork scratching)

200g chvarci
20-25g fresh yeast
150ml water
300g flour
½ tsp salt
100ml oil
Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

1. Chopp chvarci in food blender (or cut with a knife) to the desired size
2. Crumble yeast into 100ml lukewarm water with a little sugar, stir and leave a few minutes to bubble.
3. Sift flour, stir in salt.
4. Add the remaining water (50ml), oil and yeast to flour and knead dough.
5. Add chvarci, knead some more until they become part of the dough.
6. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1-2h.
7. Roll out dough and place into baking pan covered with greaseproof paper. Prick with a fork and sprinkle with coarse sea salt( if desired).
8. Bake at 230˚C for about 20 minutes or until done and golden brown.
