Torri di Pisa pasta with rocket

300gr torri di Pisa or similar pasta
150g rocket, cleaned and washed
4 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
10 little red tomatoes, cut in half
¼ tsp dried chilli pepper flakes
10 seedless black olives

1. Cook pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain immediately, set aside.
2. In a large skillet heat the oil, add garlic, little tomatoes cut in half, chili pepper flakes and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes, then stir in the rocket and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add cooked pasta and combine it with the other ingredients. Cook over high heat for few minutes to combine all the flavours.
5. Serve immediately with some olive oil, if desired.
