Zucchini stuffed with ground meat and bulgur in tomato sauce

Easy and tasty stuffed zucchini in delicious tomato sauce!

Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 30mins
Total time: 40mins
Serves: 4  

Ingredients:
¾ packet Fant mixture for stuffed peppers
3-4 medium zucchini, washed
1/3 cup bulgur
300g minced meat (mixed beef and pork)

Tomato sauce (recipe here)


Method:
1. Prepare Fant according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Cut the ends of each zucchini and cut them into 7cm long pieces.
3. Carefully scrape out some of the inside flesh and seeds, but leave some at the bottom.
4. Mix and combine bulgur, minced meat and Fant mixture.
5. Stuff the zucchini with the meat mixture.
5. Cover the bottom of the large, deep skillet or pan with tomato sauce, lay stuffed zucchini and simmer, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes or until done..

Serve with mashed potatoes.
