Mustard pork in olive and tomato sauce

4 pork steaks
2 tbs mustard (Dijon)
2 tbs breadcrumbs
Rosemary, fresh or dry
Salt and pepper
6 tbs olive oil
100 g green olives, pitted
Parsley leaves, chopped
20 cherry tomatoes (approx, depending on the desired density of the sauce)

Preheat oven to 200°C
1. Beat steaks slightly.
2. Put them in an oven proof dish, season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard.
3. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and rosemary, salt again and pour 4 tbs olive oil on top.
4. Roughly chop olives and parsley in food blender. Half the tomatoes, add to olives.
5. Stir in the remainig 2 tbs olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
6. Cover steaks with olive and tomato sauce evenly.
7. Cook the meat and the sauce in the oven for 30 minutes or until soft and done.
