Kohlrabi soup

600g kohlrabi, peeled and cut into small cubes
Carrot, sliced
1 tbs butter
1 small onion, chopped
3 cups water
Celery leaf
Parsley leaf
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup milk

1. Briefly sauté onion in butter, take care it doesn’t become brown.
2. Add kohlrabi and carrots, stir, sauté briefly.
3. Add water, celery and parsley leaves.
4. Season the soup with salt and pepper, bring to boil, then reduce the flame, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until kohlrabi and carrots are soft.
5. Remove celery and parsley leaves from the soup.
4. Transfer 1 / 3 - ½ cup kohlrabi and carrots, along with some liquid, to the food blender.
6. Add milk and blend everything until you obtain the puree consistency.
7. Stir the puree into the soup until smooth.
