$500 Basic Room Rental Includes: Up to 10 - 6' tables, existing lounge chair and barstool seating for 40, Microphone, Basic background music system, access to large sink, refrigerator, microwave (no stove), A/C, and clean restroom facilities. *Additional Table & Chair rentals in a variety of styles separately priced. *1 hour event pre-set and decoration. *Client responsible for room clean up following event. ($150 deposit) *No open flame or high heat devices. *All events must conform to County, State and Federal Laws and Regulations.
