Why You Should Support Our Organization

The Laguna Honda Reservoir is a beautiful natural green space at the intersection of several lovely residential neighborhoods. 

It is being developed by it's owners, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commision, with little apparent regard for the fact that this is a residential neighborhood.  Turning this lovely site into a gravel distribution center with diesel trucks coming and going day and night is inappropriate for a residential neighborhood -- especially if neighbors are not consulted and informed about development plans.

And if that is not enough, beautiful green spaces are rare and precious.  They  should not be developed without considering impact on the environment as well as residents.

Neighbors should be included in developement plans ...
