Well, we made it through the day, and are on our way home. Most of us had a good time at Epcot... except, maybe Scott. But it wasn't Epcot's fault. Pretty much he would have had a bad day anywhere. I'm not even kidding when I say he's as red as Craig's Wisconsin Badger sweatpants. His entire day was spent sitting inside the Land building because it was air conditioned.
Luckily, even rhough the rest of us were a little red, we were able to do more. Highlights included the Test Track, which was a ride that simulated road tests of GM. It ended with a speed and curves track that was pretty awesome. Another popular ride was the laid back boat ride Living with the Land. Informative and relaxing. Stacey is even going to start growing hydroponically because of what she learned! The Mission: Space ride was cool, also, and the Finding Nemo ride was relaxing and cute. Hailey even fulfilled her lifelong dream of riding in a clam.
We also ate a lot... go figure! Mr. Plaza, Hailey, Tanya and I ate Moroccan. Rachel and Taylor ate in China, and others ate in Mexico. The boys ate somewhere with the biggest chicken samdwiches ever. My group also had snacks in Germany and Italy. No one went hungry, that's for sure.
We are all checked in and through security now. We just have to wait awhile to board. Our flight leaves at 9:55. Even though everyone said they had a good time, we are all ready to come home. Hopefully, our flight will be smooth and our drive home will be uneventful.
Photos will be uploaded next week. I will also burn cds of all the photos for everyone after the kids bring me theirs.
Overall, I had a great time. The kids were a great group to travel with. I hope you all enjoyed the updates!
