I first became aware of of the re-establishment of KZVS Ltd when I received a marketing letter addressed to my home congratulating the company for setting up again. I became concerned when HMRC wrote to Kzvs Ltd at my home address providing a new tax reference for a company that I thought had been closed.

I made contact with Companies House who advised that under law they are obliged to register all applications submitted to them and have very limited right to refuse to register. The CH Fraud department were helpful over this matter and wrote to the formations company used to set up the company and to the new director Mr Philip Martins of High Wycombe HP10 0DJ.

I investigated using the web and established the facts now shown on the home page.

Concerned that people may confuse the new company with the old and that my residential address had, in my view , been hijacked I created a brief  website. This website was found on the first page of a Google search after 24 hours but after 72 hours it seemed to become invisible. It was thus recreated on 12/07/2013.

I wrote to Mr Martin on the matter on 12/07/2013.  As of 19/07/2013 no communication has been received from Mr Martins.

As of 20/07/2013 the registered address of KZVS Ltd remains at 16 Corsie Avenue.

The matter was  reported to the Action Fraud Helpline (0300 123 2040) on 20/07/2013 report number NFRC130700313780
