I completed my PhD in Economics at the University of Cambridge, and before joining CEU, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Research & Analysis of Migration at University College London. Before my PhD, I worked at the Chief Economist's Office of the World Bank and for the Finance Ministry of Mozambique.
