Roasted Radishes


1 bunch radishes, cleaned, and cut.

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt to taste (pepper not needed)

1 teaspoon ground coriander

2 teaspoons honey

-Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

-Place your radishes on a baking sheet (I lined my with aluminum foil).  Add the olive oil and hand toss the radishes to coat them in oil.  Sprinkle with salt and ground coriander.

-Roast them for 10 minutes and then, with a spatula, turn them and roast them for an additional 10-12 minutes until they're nice and brown. 

 -Remove them from the oven and drizzle them with the honey.
