 The British Columbia Soccer Association has recently released the following three ideas for Pre Season, Peak Season & Maintenance training programs for referees.

 2005 Fitness Tests for FIFA Competitions These fitness tests are performed (in addition to the standard test), by FIFA referees who will take part in International competitions (such as the World Cup in Germany). This is primarily posted for interest sake.
