For over 25 years we have enjoyed our Summer Kids Camp at Wheat State Retreat Center in Augusta, Kansas. At camp you will enjoy life changing worship, meet new friends and fun activities like rock wall climbing, swimming, blob, zip lining, water slide, archery tag and WAY MORE!

We strive to make Kids Camp the most memorable thing that summer will offer your child with heavy emphasis on spiritual formation and growth all in an atmosphere of fun.

Cost of Camp

1st - 6th Grade

$175 if received by June 20th
$200 if received by July 1st (T-shirt not guaranteed if late)

Worker Cost for ALL volunteers: $75

Payment for ALL REGISTRATIONS

Registration Process

Contact your local church to let them know you are registering a child or worker for camp. Please submit an online registration.
Make payment to your local church to cover your camp registration fee OR if you are not coming with a church please mail your registration fee to Kansas District Kids Ministry at 3031 Kimball Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66502
Look for a confirmation email to be sent by July 10th to confirm your finalization in Kansas Kids Camp

**CAMP REGISTRATION CHANGE: To help streamline the registration process, ALL REGISTRATIONS must be submitted ONLINE. There will be no need to PRINT/SCAN/MAIL forms.

Important camp Information

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Each church/camper must register online at www.ksnazkids.org.

ONLINE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: Once you have registered you will received an email to confirm your email address and online signature and provided as well as an electronic copy of your registration form.

MEDICATION REQUIREMENTS: For camper safety, ALL medications (prescription & over the counter) MUST BE GIVEN to the adult who is transporting your campers to and from camp.

CAMP SECURITY: Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Upon arrival, drivers will be given instructions for checking in and checking out campers.

CAMP START TIME: Camp onsite check-in will begin at 11:00am on Monday. *LUNCH WILL NOT BE SERVED SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY

CAMP END TIME: Camp will conclude at 2:00pm on Wednesday and the check-out process will begin at that time.

TO ALL ADULT AND TEEN VOLUNTEERS:

There is no doubt that Kansas District Kids Camp would not be possible without the incredible outpouring of love and time that is exhibited from great volunteers all across our great district. The Camp Board thanks you all in advance for giving of your time and effort to be with the most awesome kids in the world!! Below we have some items that we need in order for you to be a camp volunteer.

Please complete the following (entered online):

Worker Application
If 18 years old or older, submit a copy of a current Background Check that is on file at your church.
- All background checks need to be emailed to the Administration Director at kids@tpcnaz.com.
- If your background check has not been completed within 12 months of the date of Kids Camp, that will need to be updated.
- If you do not have a current background check on file at your church, it benefits you greatly to complete that (at your or your churches expense) to have that completed.
- If you need information on getting a background check completed through the National Screening Bureau; please contact Pastor Choiseul Orebaugh at kids@tpcnaz.com.

**PLEASE NOTE**

Due to the current world we live in, we must be extremely thorough the application and background check process for all volunteers. We must comply with requirements set forth by our insurance company that requires ANYONE that works within a kids environment must have a background check on file with the district camp office. Please know that every form will be remain confidential and on file with the Kansas District office for 12 months per insurance direction (until the next camp session).
This process is a legal matter, and is put in place to protect our children first and foremost. This process also protects our volunteers, all those in leadership during camp, your church, the Kansas District and the Nazarene denomination. Thank you very much for taking care of this matter.
