KGLC Range Schools Set, Theme Selected

posted May 1, 2012, 1:47 PM by Kansas Grazing Lands Coalition
The 2012 KGLC Range Schools are set and the theme this year is Roots, Rainfall, and Recovery...Managing After Drought.  The Schools are to be held on July 31- August 2 at Camp Wood YMCA, Elmdale, and August 21-23, at Camp Lakeside, Scott County State Lake.  Registration is open and scholarship forms are available to eligible ranchers, students and agency staff. The normal fee is $300 per person, but with a scholarship the costs is reduced to $150 for ranchers and students, and $200 for agency staffs.  At the full price these schools are a bargain. Look to the navigation bar on the left of the web screen and find the 2012 Range Schools - click on it for more information, view photos from previous schools and get the details.  The scholarship form and the brochure are attached below.
