When exploring talks it is important to understand the relevance of the talk at the individual level in order to have the full benefit of the talk. What Krishnamurti is saying in the talk should not be accepted immediately. It should only be accepted when one sees it operating in ones own life and surroundings. It is also crucial to look at the role of the ego in understanding the issue. The ego does not want us to understand the issue because it does not want to be hurt and there are interests at stake. Above all, it is in its nature to escape because it is only interested in adapting to the 'what should be' and not in looking at the 'what is'.  From this it follows that we should be willing, if at all possible, to suspend our opinions for the sake of understanding.
