Kadish Circle Lock Solution
The first clue you need to find is the 3 keys to the Circle Locks on Kadish Tolesa. There is no way to express in plain text what this clue is, or how to use it. You must See it with your own eyes. So, go find the 3 circle lock keys in the Kadish Gallery in D'ni. Now you have to make the first lock look like that first key, and so on. Just in case the clue in the Kadish Gallery in D'ni isn't good enough, I took screenshots of the three completed, correct, Circle Lock combos.
Kadish Path of Light Solution
Think as Kadish thought, think as Yeesha thinks, first see what is there, then open yourself to the darkness, let the least guide you. The clue to the Lights is in the Kadish Gallery in D'ni, the light switches to push are colored bright blue, the ones not to push are darkened. The place to start walking is marked with a Red panel. Follow the Path of the Least, Follow the Path of the Unseen, Follow the Path of Darkness.
Kadish Pyramid Solution
Just like all the other puzzles, the clue for this is found in the Kadish Gallery in D'ni, and once more we need the help of the Unseen, let the least guide you. To reveal the help we need, we must shine some light on the tiles, let them soak up that light for a while, then turn off the light, and see the path they reveal. The path you must walk, is the path of the curved branch trees, like the tree in this clue, and the trees seen elsewhere in the Gallery. As long as you walk only on the glowing tiles of the curving trees, you will activate the elevator to the next area.

First look at the Clues in the Kadish Gallery in D'ni, there is a window with 4 colored bars in the middle, those represent the Pillars, with a circle of colored D'ni numbers. Let's look at what numbers there are in each.
Now, what number is missing from each of these? Those are the number of times each Pillar must be raised in order to cause the second set of weights to move and lower the ladder from the roof of the Pillar Room.

The clue to the Vault is the Pedestals in the Kadish Gallery in D'ni, each is numbered, and above each is a spinning set of 3 symbols. Each set of symbols, such as the Curving branched Trees, correspond to a Number. Let us draw these symbols on Paper, so it is easy to keep track of them, with the Number they correspond to below each set. Then look at the Vault Code Panel and we will begin by writing the numbers that are attached to each of the buttons on the Panel. See what is there. Then open yourself to the unseen.
Now look at the buttons on the Vault Code Panel, one has the D'ni number 1, Fah, etched into it, this is the first button in the code sequence, so eliminate 5 as a possibility from the first button, and eliminate 1 as a possibility from the other buttons. The button that has only one possibility left is assigned that number in the Code Sequence. Keep eliminating till you have found the least.
If you are keeping track of all this, you will see that the next sequence we find is 6. Once you have found all of the numbers you will know the sequence to push the buttons.
