Poukan pitäjällä on suuri ilo ja kunnia toivottaa koko Aarnikansa juhlimaan perinteisiä Annanpäiviä.
Vuoden lähestyessä loppuaan ja päivien pimetessä sytytämme kynttilät pitosaliin, iloitsemme yhdessä ja kevennämme mieltämme syömällä hyvin, laulamme, tanssimme ja saunomme perinteiseen tapaan. Tapahtumassa sinulla on oiva tilaisuus myydä pois tarpeettomaksi jääneet vaatteet/tavarat kirpputorilla ja toisaalta keventää pulskistunutta kukkaroa Annanpäivien markkinoilla. Taistelutoimintaan ja jousiammuntaan on mahdollisuus sään salliessa.
Tapahtumapaikka
Tapahtumapaikkana on Lintukodon leirikeskus Pyhällössä. Lintukoto sijaitsee 180 km Helsingistä itään, Haminan pohjoispuolella. Vankkureilla saapuessasi (on suuntasi etelään tai pohjoiseen) käännytään auringonlaskuun noin puolessa välissä Hamina-Taavetti –tieltä (nro 26) => Turkia => Haapala => Lintukoto. Tarkempia ajo-ohjeita tai loppumatkan kyytijärjestelyjä (esim. Karhulasta) voi tiedustella tapahtuman autokraatilta. Tapahtumapaikan osoite: Tykkitie 30, 49660 Pyhältö.
Tapahtuma alkaa perjantaina klo 18.00 ja päättyy sunnuntaina klo 12.00. Sänkypaikkoja on 65, mutta tapahtumaan mahtuu 75 henkilöä (patjoja ja sohvia löytyy). Kerro toiveet majoitusseurasta ilmoittautuessasi.
Lintukodossa on ruokasalirakennus, sauna lammen rannalla ja kaksi yöpymisrakennusta. Luonnonläheiset toiletit ovat metsän reunassa ja suihku löytyy saunalta. Huomautamme että tapahtumapaikalla ei ole esteetöntä pääsyä kaikkiin tiloihin.
Ilmoittautuminen ja maksutiedot
Tapahtuman hinta on 48 euroa SCA:n/SKA:n tai sen jäsenyhdistysten jäseniltä ja 53 euroa ei-jäseniltä. Vanhempiensa seurassa osallistuvat lapset, jotka ovat alle 4-vuotiaita pääsevät tapahtumaan ilmaiseksi ilman sänkypaikkaa ja 4-14 -vuotiaat maksavat 28 euroa per lapsi. Hintaan sisältyy tapahtumapaikkamaksu ja seuraavat ateriat: iltapala perjantaina, aamiainen, lounas ja pidot lauantaina sekä aamiainen sunnuntaina.
Sitovat ilmoittautumiset tehdään sähköpostitse osoitteeseen annanpaivat.poukka@gmail.com keskiviikkona 1.11.2023 klo 19.00 alkaen. Kirjaa jokaisesta osallistujasta seuraavat tiedot:

-SCA-nimi ja saako nimen julkaista

-sähköposti ja puhelinnumero
-ruoka-aine allergiat
-alle 18 v. ikäisestä, vastuuhenkilö tapahtumassa

Maksu tulee suorittaa viimeistään 24.11. Kotkan keskiaikaseura ry:n tilille Nordea FI22 1069 3000 2242 61. Tämä on myös viimeinen maksuton peruutuspäivä. Sopimatta myöhässä tuleviin maksuihin lisätään 10 euron myöhästymismaksu. Ulkomaiset osallistujat, jotka ovat ilmoittautuneet määräpäivään mennessä voivat maksaa ovella, kuitenkin heidän tulee ilmoittautuessaan kertoa, mikäli aikovat tehdä niin.
Keittiön terveiset
Kaikki ruoat tullaan valmistamaan vähälaktoosisina. Lisäksi tarvittaessa tarjolla on lakto-ovo-vegetaarinen sekä gluteeniton vaihtoehto. Kaikkia erikoisruokavalioita emme voi valitettavasti toteuttaa. Lisäksi keittiö pyytää huomioimaan, että mahdollisia kontaminaatioita sekä allergeenien jäämiä emme pysty varmuudella välttämään. Tästä syystä keittiö suosittelee vakavista tai henkeä uhkaavista allergioista kärsiviä varautumaan tapahtumaan omilla eväillä. Kylmäsäilytystilaa järjestetään paikan päälle.

Dies St Anna XXVIII
8.-10. December 2023 Poukka-Finland
Once again the Canton of Poukka proudly invites all gentlefolk of the Realm to celebrate our beloved St. Anna by dancing, singing, feasting, jousting, bathing or whatever your favourite pastime might be!
The site will once again be the beautiful Lintukoto camping center in Pyhältö. The site is situated about 180 km east of Helsinki, north of Hamina. You can get to the site by your own car. Driving instructions are available on request from the event steward.
Site opens at 18:00 on Friday evening and closes on Sunday at 12:00. The first 65 reserved will get a bed. There will be sofas or mattresses so we can host 75 people. Please note, sleeping buildings and outdoor toilets have poor access for the disabled.
Price for the event per person is 53 € for non-members and 48 € for SCA or affiliate organization members. Children under 4 years, attending with their parents and not needing own bed are free of charge. 4-14 years old pay 28 € per child. Price includes site fee and the following meals: Evening snack on Friday, breakfast, lunch and feast on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
The registration opens 1st November at 19.00 (UCT+2) and the registrations will be done through email at annanpaivat.poukka@gmail.com. In your reservation please state your name, SCA-name (permission to declare SCA-name on the event website), contact information, any dietary restrictions and if you are a member of SCA Inc. or an affiliate organization. Please also state your age if you are under 18 at the time of the event.
If you cancel your reservation after 24th of November, we unfortunately cannot reimburse you at all. If you have a reservation and neither cancel, pay nor come to the event, we will charge you all costs according to your reservation at the regular prices, adding the late and handling fee of 10 €. Foreign guests with valid reservation may pay at the door, however they have to inform the event steward in their reservation if they intend to do so. 10€ late fee will be added to late reservations and late payments. Payment shall be done to Nordea FI22 1069 3000 2242 61 / Kotkan Keskiaikaseura ry.
All meals will be low-lactose, on top of which our kitchen will provide lacto-ovo-vegetarian and gluten free choices. Unfortunately, the kitchen will not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. We also wish to make known, that cross-contamination and allergen remains cannot be eliminated with certainty. The kitchen advices those with severe or near-fatal allergies to bring their own meals. There will be cold storage possibilities at the site. Please check with the event steward for more details and discounts for the event fee.
