Onur Kocberber
I currently work at Oracle MySQL HeatWave, Zurich on cutting-edge research and advanced development projects that focus on improving cloud database performance and efficiency via applied & interpretable machine learning techniques.
Prior to joining Oracle, I received my PhD from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), where I was advised by Babak Falsafi at Parallel Systems Architecture Lab (PARSA), Computer & Communication Sciences.
I received the Google Ph.D. Fellowship in Computer Systems in 2014 as well as various research paper awards. Please check Research for more details.
