Must Do:

• Watch video lesson Phonics Module 5: Phonemes, Graphemes, Onsets, and Rimes (available below).

• Download and complete the Phonics Module 5 Notes and submit on Canvas. 

• Read through the Phonics Module 5 Study Guide power point and do the practice questions. There is nothing in this item for you to submit.

• Complete Phonics Quiz 4: A Review of Phonemes and Onset and Rime. Quiz is available in Canvas.

Should Do: 

• Complete the Quiz Survey after your first attempt at the quiz and before you take an additional attempts.

Aspire to Do:

• Create a free Blooket activity for your future students.

• Choose a nursery rhyme song and write your own lyrics to the song reviewing phonemes and graphemes. (individual assignment)

• After writing your song, partner with someone (if both of you wrote a song - choose one or both) and video tape you and your partner singing the new song (acapella or with simple accompaniment).
