    Nov 10 - Texas roadhouse 10% sales goes to klatt schools
    Nov 11 - Vet Day, off, Nov 12
    Vaccines available - drive up ASD, drive-up and scheduled appt avail

    1. Approve Minutes - Alicia, review

    2. Financial Report - Jessica, holding off on formal monthly report, cont w/ briefs

Flyer for Spirit Gear will be going out, will also add to website

    1. PTA Bylaws Vote- Jessica, nothing has changed, dues have not changed
      Has not changed in 5 years

    2. Financial Audit Vote - Jessica, signed and needs to be approved
      Motion to approve, Fran, second Alicia, voted yea
      Alicia motion to approve, Mary second, all in favor

    3. Member Roles, Communication & Meet Structure - Abi working through creating documentation and leadership opportunities, working through PTA transparency

    4. Leadership Bios - Abi, would like to have posted on the PTA Board in Klatt, also added

    5. PTA Laptop- Jessica, previous laptop, donated, suggestion to recycle
      Mary offer school tech


  1. Event Calendar - 1st/2nd Quarter

    1. Trunk or Treat Review

      T & T - Debrief notes - working with a positive
      Abi, recommended a survey
      Document over a survey,
      Start planning 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat Event
      Surveys are snapshot and working document
      Reimbursement Request -

    2. BelieveKids Update -

    3. Popcorn Fridays (ongoing) - Volunteers always needed, 4 needed for Friday

    4. Title 1 Event: Turkey Bingo - (November 18)
      Virtual Event - Grand Prize - Full Dinner - Turkey & Full Dinner
      Random Drawing + 4 Turkey Donations
      Donations Needed - Gloves, Socks, Turkeys
      PTA happy to help w/ Turkeys
      Cindy - Klatt School Turkey Coordinator,
      Contacting Walmart for donations for full meals, turkeys
      Follow up w/ donation status
      Turkey Shoot Funds - Funds allocated, review historical budget history
