    1. Supt. announcement on 12/15 about re-start plan

    2. K-2 tentative return 1/4

    3. Dec. 16 Family Night - 5 - 6 pm

    4. Jan 6th Re-entry Plan Family Presentation - 5 - 6 pm 1/6/2021

    5. Jan 18 MLK Holiday

    6. Klatt Home/School Compact - Draft, Mitigation Plan

    7. PayPams - Enrollment numbers are up but more needed,
      Community Awareness, Assistance Requested, Possible Offsite Distribution/Delivery

    1. PPE Support Request - need updated PPE supply list
      Kelsey - Supply is good for now, District is also providing PPE, reviewing usage, gloves possibly needed, will update needs by 1/13/2021

    2. Corporate/ Business Fundraising Update - (Tabled)

    3. Yearbook Update (Abi/ Alicia) -
      Onsite & Offsite Photo Day possible, Lifetouch Rep out of office ATM,
      App info for parents posted on Facebook via Paula,       (Tabled)

    4. December Material Distribution - Staff Feedback - ‘[Great, Parents appreciated the care packages and delivery.]’ Kelsey

    5. Teacher Appreciation Feedback - “thank you for all you do to make Klatt a welcoming place for staff and students.” - Kylie Lake

    6. Reimbursement Forms - Printed & placed in teacher boxes

  2. Teacher Christmas Appreciation - (Tabled)

  3. PTA Meetings - Community Awareness
    Kelsey will add dates/times to Principal Newsletter, Send copy via email
    Update website, Facebook, create call to action, handout for book bags, etc.

  4. PayPams- PTA requested to assist: Ideas - Create Instructional Video, Assist with signups, Distribution at Dimond Estates. Action - PTA member at DE Book drops on Wed. 1-3pm (Alicia for 1/16) with handouts, signup sheets

  5. Gaming Permit (Alicia),
    Potential for future revenues, fundraising,     (Tabled) Pending reply from SOA

  6. Teacher Supply Request (Alicia)
    Pencil Boxes - Board Approves purchase by Alison ($159)

  7. Adaptation & Innovations in Schools Grant (Alicia) $1000 grant from the Alaska State Council on the Arts to assist with art ideas for schools, Ends 6/2021 (Tabled)
